Ordering Information
Sales Tax: An 8.8% sales tax will be added to all orders shipped to a Washington State address.
Payment Options: Rose Petal Betty accepts Visa and Mastercard. We also accept payment via Paypal and Money Orders.
International Orders: I do accept international orders. Please contact me directly for orders at rosepetalbetty@comcast.net so I can quote you the correct shipping charges.
Currency: All orders will be quoted in US Dollars.
Gift Wrap: I can gift wrap any order and also send a personalized card for an additional fee of $5.00 per order. Please fill out a message in the Gift Wrap section in the shopping cart.
Shipping Information
Times: Because of the handmade nature of my products, some items are made after the order is placed. We ship within 2-3 business days (usually sooner) unless an item is out of stock.
Out of Stock: I make every effort to keep plenty of stock on hand, however, sometimes I may run out of something or I'm waiting for a soap to finish curing. If this happens, I will contact you and we can make arrangements, for either a substitution or we can omit the item from your order.
Returns: If you aren't satisfied with your product, please contact me at rosepetalbetty@comcast.net within 10 days of receipt of your goods. I will gladly arrange an exchange. Please note that because my items are handmade sometimes there is a slight difference from one batch of products to the next. I strive for consistency, but sometimes there are slight variations.

Shelf Life: For the freshest product please use within 6 months of receiving your product. All products except for bar soap expire after 1 year from the date of purchase. To keep the other products as fresh as possible, store them with the cap on, in a cool and dark place. Avoid getting water into any products container.
